Judy became a Realtor in 1999. Through hard work and dedication to serving the needs of customers and clients, she was a perennial million-dollar club performer beginning her first full year. In February 2010, Judy was presented with Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors' Phoenix Award for selling over one million dollars of real estate for ten consecutive years. Before moving to our beautiful mountain area in 1998, Judy was a teacher and headed the English As a Second Language program for Adult Education in Cobb County. A native Georgian, Judy's passions included her two grand-daughters, eleven horses and playing the mountain dulcimer, hammered dulcimer, and autoharp. Her many church activities included singing in the choir and playing hand-bells. Judy was a graduate of Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and was married for more than 43 years to her husband (and broker), Pete.

Melissa has been a licensed Realtor since December of 2005. She combines this career with her existing job as an international flight attendant. With a degree in Romance Languages from the University of Georgia, Melissa has traveled and studied extensively and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Melissa, her Spanish husband, and their daughter enjoy the many local, outdoor mountain activities. They have a cabin in the Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay, making her especially knowledgeable of that large gated community. If you feel more comfortable talking with someone in Spanish or Portuguese, be sure to ask for Melissa.

Ouida has been a licensed realtor since 2003. Prior to coming to the beautiful North Georgia Mountains three years ago, she worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities, taught special education, taught high school mathematics and served in the U. S. Air Force. Ouida is a Mississippi native and graduated from Mississippi State University with emphasis in exceptional education, music and mathematics. After a very rewarding and diverse career, she is delighted to be able to live in such a beautiful location and be a part of this community. Ouida is married to Les Leech, Jr. who will soon be able to retire here and join her. In her spare time, she enjoys her dogs, playing the piano, photography and working in stained glass.

Pete began working in real estate with Judy in 2001. He has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and had earlier careers in aerospace engineering, telecommunications, and supply chain management. Originally from England, Pete enjoys hiking the mountains with his three dogs, all Australian Shepherds.
